AnyScan
Free forever

Generate codes in bulk.

Paste a list, upload a spreadsheet, or build a numbered sequence, then validate every row and export browser-safe groups.

Batch

Paste a list or upload a spreadsheet.

Local processing
TXT, CSV, TSV or XLSX
Generate a sequence

Add a list or spreadsheet to see a safe preview.

Generated locally. The content you encode is never uploaded.

Bulk generation from a list or spreadsheet

Batch mode turns a column of values into a folder of codes. AnyScan parses the file in your browser, checks every row before anything is exported, and tells you which rows would not scan.

Paste or upload

Paste one value per line, paste a range straight from Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, or upload a TXT, CSV, TSV or XLSX file up to 10 MB. Delimiters and header rows are detected for you.

Map your columns

Choose which column holds the value to encode and, optionally, which column holds a human-readable label to print beneath each code.

Build a sequence

Generate a numbered run instead — set a prefix, a start and end number and zero-padding, and AnyScan produces up to 50,000 values.

Check before you export

Every row is validated against the chosen symbology. Invalid rows are listed with the reason, and duplicates are counted so you can drop them.
