Print a sheet of scannable labels.

Lay codes out on A4, US Letter or a custom sheet, then export a print-ready PDF.

Print

Create printable code labels and contact sheets in your browser.

Local PDF

Generated locally. The content you encode is never uploaded.

Printable label sheets

The label designer arranges your values on a physical page and exports a PDF. Because a printed code only scans if its bars are big enough, AnyScan measures the layout in millimetres and refuses to export a sheet that would print too small to read.

Set the page

A4, US Letter, or a custom sheet from 60 mm to 1000 mm on each side, in portrait or landscape.

Set the grid

Choose 1 to 8 columns and 1 to 12 rows, with the gap and page margin set in millimetres, or give an exact label size instead.

Add your values

One value per line, with an optional label after a tab. QR and barcode are chosen per line automatically, or bring a finished batch straight over.

Export a PDF

Preview the first page, then export up to 2,000 labels as a print-ready PDF generated on your device.

Specifications

Paper
A4, US Letter, or custom from 60 mm to 1000 mm per side. Portrait or landscape.
Grid
1–8 columns, 1–12 rows, gap 0–20 mm, margin 4–30 mm. An exact label size may be given instead, down to 10 mm.
Scale guard
AnyScan refuses to export a sheet whose QR modules would fall below 0.35 mm, or whose barcode bars would fall below 0.25 mm, and names the label that fails.
Labels per PDF
Up to 2,000 labels in a single export.
Printing
Print the PDF at 100% scale rather than "fit to page", or the printer will shrink the codes below the size it was checked against.
Wi-Fi codes
When a printed label shows its encoded value, a Wi-Fi payload is shown as the network name only — the password is never printed.
Where it runs
In your browser. The PDF is built on your device and is never uploaded.

Every AnyScan tool runs in your browser: create a single code, generate in bulk, scan an existing code or print a label sheet.
