Prepare a thermal-label ZPL job

Set the data, supported symbol type, media dimensions and printer resolution. The label preview uses printer dots so the configured physical size is visible before export.

Set printer DPI

Use 203, 300, 600 or a custom 72–2400 DPI value.

Configure width, height and module width for the target media.
